This October 28, celebrate the arrival of autumn at Hammett’s Monastik with an exclusive wine-pairing dinner in collaboration with Ta’ Betta Wine Estates.
Join us for an intimate evening starting at 7:30 PM, where we’ll present a curated menu inspired by the season, paired with a premium selection of wines chosen by Ta’ Betta sommeliers.

Rooted in our commitment to sustainability and local sourcing, this experience is a celebration of Maltese ingredients and flavours at their peak — showcasing the best of the season through a thoughtful, produce-driven menu.
The winery
Ta’ Betta Wine Estate comprises of 4 hectares of terraced land situated circa 200 metres above sea-level in an area known as the Contrada ta’ Brija in Girgenti limits of Siġġiewi, Malta. There are circa 15,000 vines planted on site and around 200 olive trees apart from fig trees, carob trees and miscellaneous indigenous Maltese flora.
An intimate setting, limited to 50 guests.
